This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share that information, and your choices concerning our information practices. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given those terms in the Terms of Service.

Wallet Information: We collect the cryptocurrency wallet IDs you provide to us when you buy, store, and transfer Strangers HQ NFTs.
Community Information: We collect information relating to your participation in the Strangers community, including the events you attend, the Perks you redeem, and any information you share through our Discord community platform.
Communication Information: We may collect information when you contact us with questions or concerns and when you voluntarily respond to questionnaires, surveys or requests for market research seeking your opinion and feedback.
Social Media Information: We maintain a social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. When you interact with us on social media, we may receive personal information that you provide or make available to us based on your settings, such as your contact details. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal information.
Third-party login information. When you link, connect, or login to our services with a third party service (e.g. Google or Twitter), you direct the service to send us information about you as controlled by that service or as authorized by you via your privacy settings at that service.

create and derive insights from de-identified and aggregated information.

We and our advertising partners may use your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes, including to send you direct marketing communications as permitted by law, including, but not limited to, notifying you of special promotions, offers and events by email and other means.
Compliance and Protection, including to:
Comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities;
Protect our, your or others' rights, privacy, safety or property (including by making and defending legal claims);
Audit our compliance with legal and contractual requirements and internal policies; and

Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, dissolution, sale of all or a portion of our assets, or transition of service to another provider (collectively a “Transaction”), your personal information may be shared in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the Transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of or following that Transaction along with other assets.

Our Service is not directed to children who are under the age of 16. Collective Strangers does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe that a child under the age of 16 provided personal information to Collective Strangers please contact us and we will delete that information.

The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy. Collective Strangers is headquartered in the United States. By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that your personal information will be transferred from your location to our facilities and servers in the United States, where data protection laws may be less protective than those in your jurisdiction.
